Return Policy
At Boujee Babes Apparel, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we accept return of item(s) that are unwashed, unworn and in the condition the customer received the item(s) for a store credit (Boujee Babes E-gift card) within 10 days of the order being shipped. Items that are “clearance” priced or “final sale” are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us at boujee.babes24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label to send the item(s) back to us.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, store credit (Boujee Babes E-gift card) will be issued for the purchase price of item(s) returned, excluding any return shipping fees. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Boujee Babes E-gift card for store credit. You have 7 days from when the return label is sent to you to ship back your item(s). If the item(s) are not sent back within the time period item(s) will NOT be eligible for return and will be shipped back to the customer.
Please allow 5-7 business days after your return has been shipped to process your return. Once we process your return you will then receive an email with your Boujee Babes E-gift card for store credit.
Damage and Issues
We try to inspect every item for flaws before shipping, however there may be times where something is missed. If you encounter a product with a flaw, please take a picture and email it to boujee.babes24@gmail.com along with your order number so we can take better care of you!
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note once the order has been placed we do not cancel or change items after checkout. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact boujee.babes24@gmail.com for any questions.
Incorrect Address
It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Boujee Babes Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please double check before completing your purchases. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us at bougie.babes24@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been shipped out. If your order has already been shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, we are unable to reroute the package. In such cases, we are not responsible for the lost or delayed delivery of the order.
